Here is a tasty recipe for Fraises Fizz, with gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water.
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- 1 oz strawberry liqueur
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- soda water
Combine the gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass.
Add soda water, and garnish with a strawberry and a twist of lemon peel.
Serve in a Highball Glass.

A delightful recipe for Coco Loco #2, with silver tequila, light rum, gin, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, lime juice and coconut.
- 1 fresh coconut
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Saw off the top of the coconut and pour the coconut water into a glass.
Add one cup of crushed ice to the coconut and pour in all the other ingredients (including the coconut water).
Squeeze in a half lime, and drop the shell in.
Stir well.
Add a straw and a paper umbrella, and serve.

- 1 liter ginger ale
- 10 cl dark rum
- 10 cl lemon juice

- 20 cl pineapple juice
- 50 cl orange juice
- 70 cl Lambrusco red wine
