Wednesday, May 27th, 2009Check out this exquisite recipe for Billy Bishop, with gin, Cointreau orange liqueur, rye whiskey and orange juice.
- 1 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz English gin
- 1 splash rye whiskey
- 5 - 6 oz orange juice
Fill an old-fashioned glass 2/3 full with ice.
Pour in the English gin and Cointreau.
Put a splash of rye whiskey on top.
Finish by filling the glass with orange juice.
Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass.
