Fall Spice Cordial recipe

This is a nice recipe for Fall Spice Cordial, with brown sugar, sugar, apple juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, orange, brandy and vodka.

  • 1 cup white brandy
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp real vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup 100 proof vodka
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried, chopped orange peel
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 1/4 cups apple juice

Bring brown sugar, white sugar and apple juice to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice and orange peel.
Boil for 4 minutes and remove from heat.
Let stand until just warm.
Transfer to a clean 1 qt aging vessel.
Add vanilla, brandy and vodka.
Cover tightly and let stand for 1-4 weeks.
Filter out solids before bottling.

Serve in a Cordial Glass.

Check out this very pleasant recipe for Wicked Apple, with Jagermeister herbal liqueur, Stolichnaya vodka, apple juice and ginger ale.

  • 1 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur
  • 1 oz Stolichnaya vodka
  • 1 splash ginger ale
  • 4 oz apple juice

Pour jagermeister into a highball glass filled with ice.
Add vodka, and almost fill completely with apple juice.
Add just a splash of ginger ale, garnish with an orange slice, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Somerset Punch recipe

A delightful recipe for Somerset Punch, with dry cider, dry white wine, apple brandy, orange juice, lemon juice, apple juice and ginger ale.

  • 1 liter dry cider
  • 15 cl apple juice
  • 15 cl dry white wine
  • 15 cl orange juice
  • 30 cl ginger ale
  • 5 cl apple brandy
  • 5 cl lemon juice

Combine and mix ingredients in a punch bowl with a large block of ice.
Add sliced strawberries, and serve in wine glasses.

Serve in a Punch Bowl.

Light Sangria With Pineapple recipe

A enticing recipe for Light Sangria With Pineapple, with lemon juice, ginger ale, apple juice, dry white wine, pineapple, apple and ice cubes.

  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 bottle ginger ale
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 sour apple
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Dissolve the sugar in the apple juice.
Add pineapple (you can also add the liquid from the pineapple tin).
Peel and cut the apple.
Mix all the ingredients except the ale and the ice which you add before serving.

Ginger Apple Martini recipe

This is a enticing recipe for Ginger Apple Martini, with Kazkar Feni cashew apple liqueur, sour apple mix, ginger and apple juice.

  • 1 1/4 oz Kazkar Feni cashew apple liqueur
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • 1/4 oz fresh ginger
  • 3/4 oz sour apple mix

Shake ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a martini cocktail glass.
Garnish with shaved ginger and a slice of apple.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
